Welcome to my teaching blog! I am beginning this blog as a journal of my first year of teaching and beyond, as well as a place to keep education-related information and secondary social studies resources.
I am currently three weeks away from completing my Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California! Fight On, Trojans! I am receiving my teaching certification in secondary social studies (focus in history). My current student teaching rotation is teaching high school economics and I previously taught sixth grade world history. It has been quite a jump from sixth grade to seniors (although there are days they do feel the same)! I do hope to teach middle grades because I love middle school students!
